Dhritaraashtra uvaacha:
dharmakshetre kurukshetre samavetaa yuyutsavah
maamakaah paandavaashchaiva kimakurvata sanjaya // 1.1 //
Dhritaraashtra said:
Translation:
What did my people and the sons of Pandu do when they assembled on the holy field of Kurukshetra, eager to fight?, O Sanjaya, tell me
Description:
In Srimad Bhagvad Gita, the blind king 'Dhritaraashtra', the father of Kurus asking the question regarding the situation of the battle field. And the rest is what Sanjaya,(a student of Vyaasa) who has the power of visualizing the battlefield of Kurukshetra even at sitting in the palace at the room of Dhritaraashtra and making a live report to Dhritarashtra.
