Arjuna Vishaada Yogah:
"Arjuna's Despondency Stage"
tatah shankaashcha bheryashcha panavaanakagomukhaah
sahasaivaabhyahanyanta sa shabdastumulo bhavat // 1.13 //

Translation:
There after conchshells, drums, tabors, trumpets and horns were blown all of a sudden by creatig a tumultuous noise from the side of Kauravaas.

Description:
By following the conchshell sound from grandfather Bhishma all the conchshells, drums, tabors, trumpets and cow/buffalo horns were blown all of a sudden that made a tumutuous sound allaround from the side of Kauravaas.

tatah: thereafter ; bheryashcha:(Bheryas+cha) drums+and ; panavaanaka: small drums/tabors ; sahasa: all of a sudden ; shabdastumulo:(shabdah+tumulo) sounds tumultuously
